UNDERDOG DEKA MILE LCQ🦴
18:40 (PR) / underdog_fitnessus 

Another DEKA MILE and another PR. My third of the year (19:15 - 18:53 - 18:43 - 18:40). Although the spread is marginal it could make a big difference in qualifying—a game of seconds. 

In the current state of trying to qualify for the DEKA MILE Elite field at Worlds, any seconds are good seconds. I am happy to have been able to grab a few more in what may be my last attempt before qualification ends. 

Getting the opportunity to go head-to-head-to-head with bubblestheclowne & terranovatrainer was a huge advantage. The friendly competition & battle helped propel all of us to new PR's. Congrats gang! 

More importantly, my tribe. The people that made it their priority I got that PR. jenna.littmann (timing, splits, & calculations), kayla.cittadino & davewarfel (the hype duo), zach_tait11 (bloody nose duty & just love), and all my mf underdawgs. Thank you. 

We'll just have to wait and see if I did enough. 🤞🏼
