On this #LaborDay, I remember the Manong and Manangs who LABORED in the fields, country clubs, restaurants, and stores—all while labor organizing unions, building community, and looking good while doing so! 

These are pictures of my Grandmother Marie Averas (Acoba), and my Grandfather, Esteban de los Reyes. I am so grateful to have had them in my life for so long, but damn, I miss these two.
