We love it when community comes together! The women of trailmixedco joined forces to race the 4x400 at the local club_northwest_running All-Comers Meet. For many athletes, this was their first experience on the track! The goal was to run one lap each and get the baton around the track together. All-Comers meets are awesome opportunities for anyone to try out a track event. Let us know if you would try something like this ⬇️
