“Serving as the New Member Educator for both the Spring ‘23 and Fall ‘23 pledge classes was, without a doubt, the most rewarding and fulfilling experience of my time in AOII. It was a role that challenged me, inspired me, and allowed me to share the beauty of our sisterhood with two groups of incredible women. I loved every moment of being able to guide these new members through the process of joining AOII, helping them find their place within our sisterhood, and witnessing their excitement and growth along the way. It was my favorite position I’ve ever held because it allowed me to show these women not just the traditions and values of AOII, but also how much love, support, and ambition our sisterhood embodies.

Now, as Vice President of Membership Experience, I’ve come to realize that the true reward of my journey has been watching these women grow into leaders themselves. Seeing the members I helped welcome into AOII take on their own positions of leadership and responsibility has been incredibly fulfilling. I am beyond proud to witness how much they have grown in such a short time, and to know that I played a part in helping them believe in themselves and growing into the best version of themselves they can be. AOII has taught me patience, compassion, and self-belief, and these women have reminded me that while we all make mistakes, it’s how we learn from them that defines us. These women, who will be part of recruitment, are some of the kindest, most caring, and loving people I’ve ever encountered. My hope is that you get to experience the same incredible love and support that AOII has given me, and see for yourself the amazing sisterhood we have built together.”
