Yesterday I did everyone’s favorite activity 😂🙈

I hate taking measurements and only do it every so many months! But this time I’m prepping for new workout routine and I’m ready to dial it in a bit!

My stomach has been out of sorts for a few weeks now and I’m over it! The only thing that helps, is addressing my nutrition!

This new workout routine is a total of 6 weeks but week 4 ramps it up a bit for the final 3 weeks! 
🏋️‍♀️🤸 
It’s cardio and weight training combos, HIIT style and set to the beat of the music. Have you ever noticed how working out on the beat can naturally ramp up your output !?

For the first time ever, it also comes with 2 different nutrition programs so you can find your fit! Neither one is restrictive. Neither one has you leaving out any food groups! And comes with at least 300 recipes!! I’m certified in both to help you out!!

This fitness routine has also been made while we have all been in quarantine and is the first of its kind! Even the cast is joining from their homes and staying safe!
