The last 2 days I’ve been binging a really great audible from the Libby library!!!

As she is talking about her healing process she talks about some dogs she fosters and she says

 “Having extra needs does not make you too difficult, too time consuming but worthy of compassion and love.”

It made me think of my food allergy community. I hear a lot of people talk about their allergies making them “feel like a problem or a burden”.

But we are just taking care of ourselves and our personal health. This is a part of our journey. So read those words again and know that you and your health are worth the care!!!
