My time hop says 9 years ago today is when I put in my 2 weeks at the job that was crushing me. 

It crushed me so I didn’t even recognize myself from the inside out. Mentally, Spiritually, Emotionally, Physically.

I deliberately put in my 2 weeks notice while I was here in Hilton Head! This meant my vacation time was simultaneously used as week 1. 😄

My hubby and I had only been dating 6 months by then but he promised to walk through the uncertainty of my next steps with me! ❤️ Because I didn’t have a job plan lined up! 

I wish I had heard of the superfoods I now drink daily, back before I quit (I actually think they were just hitting the scene, not long before) it would have guaranteed me one healthy meal a day, maybe 2, depending on my work schedule. Because I was not eating for my health back then.

I also wish I had the coaching team I now have, to lean into...but you know, they were a new team about this time, and now they have made an abundance of resources to help other coaches!! 💚 They encourage and push me to always work on a growth mindset! 

It’s perfect to be in Hilton Head 9 years later, with the same man, and my family, who walked through that journey of change with me!! 🤗 I have now been out of that job the same number of years I was in it! 

Love to the people who knew me in a job where I had lost myself but they loved me anyway. Love to my family and friends who walked me through and out! Love to my new friends watching me find myself again and growing. ❤️
