## Caption

Did you know white tea should be brewed with hot water at 195 degrees and black tea at 205, while green tea at 175/165?  Well, Bay Area Trojans gained a wealth of knowledge about the tea brewing process, the different tea categories, and so much more this past Sunday!  Thank you Teance Fine Teas and Chih Hui Burns for a wonderful Tea Tasting experience!
