I fell in love with Bern, Switzerland! It quickly rose to the list of my favorite cities ever, it’s hard to explain. 

I had a great experience navigating the city with Scootz and really enjoyed spending time with locals learning about chocolate and cheese. It doesn’t get more Switzerland than that! If you’re considering a visit to Switzerland be sure to reach out to accessibleswitzerland. 🇨🇭

Accessibility info about the activities:

- I will be dreaming of the chocolate tasting with casa.nobile for the rest of my life! Some of the best, most unique chocolate flavor pairings I’ve had in my life and loved getting to learn about the chocolate making process from a local chocolatier.

- Had a wonderful walking tour with ilove_bern! The city of Bern is over 800 years old so you can only imagine some of the things we learned about what took place here in the medieval times. The clock tower at the center of the city has an astronomical calendar clock and a musical mechanism that was installed in 1530 and is still hand-cranked and works today with a performance every hour right before the clock strikes the hour. The tour guide was awesome and made sure to bring me on a walking path that had no steps. 

- The cheese tasting at chaesbueb was incredible. We learned all about their cheese and had a wonderful afternoon at the shop. I wish I could’ve brought it home with me! 🧀
