💦 Warm Water Pool and Splash Park Update 💦
As we approach the highly anticipated reopening of our Warm Water Pool and Splash Park on Monday, September 9, we wanted to take a moment to share some insight into the significant work that has been happening over the past few weeks. We have made tremendous progress, and we are excited to highlight some of the key improvements.
🔧To start, UVAC has installed a brand-new, custom-designed filtration system. This new filter is specifically engineered to provide our patrons with the highest quality water on a consistent basis, ensuring that your experience remains exceptional every day. The installation process took approximately three weeks, during which we also took the opportunity to improve and repair several aspects of the pool area.
🧽 After fully draining the pool, we brought in a professional team to meticulously clean the plaster interior, followed by a thorough pressure wash performed by our staff. We dismantled the Splash Park, removed the “T” shaped rain curtains in the lazy river, and sanded and repainted all Splash Park features. Our facilities team also added four new features to the Splash Park, so be sure to keep an eye out for those! The big slide and its stairs were stripped and repainted, the deck was pressure washed and cleaned, and the benches were refreshed with new paint. We also made sure to clean all windows inside and out, and the party room received a deep clean.
As many of you know, our Warm Water Pool operations were significantly impacted by the degradation of our old filter. We are thrilled to have overcome these challenges, and we are eager to share the progress with you. Our team has worked tirelessly to get us to this point, and we can’t wait for you to experience the improvements firsthand.
