2️⃣ Ruthven Barracks, Badenoch
🏰 This location is home to the remnants of an 18th-century garrison constructed between 1719-1721. After the Battle of Culloden, the Highlanders sought refuge in this garrison but were eventually ordered by Bonnie Prince Charlie to disband. In an act of rebellion, they set the barracks ablaze, resulting in its eventual ruin.
