Hamstring strength testing on the dynamometer + muscle activity using EMG  Enjoy the view 🤪  Pilot testing the timing for protocol for some of the PhD testing protocols and ironing out a few things before we get the participants in the chair! A mix of concentric dynamic testing and isometric testing too. A few more bits to cut off the foam padding, and getting the EMG wires out of the way. Learn lots by doing piloting. Hopefully ready to rumble soon!   Inb4: some straps are a lil loose. Yes I’m aware, personal preference + need to make adjustments to foam padding to prevent the straps from pulling weirdly.
