A day in the life as a soccer trainer and coach while recovering from ACL surgery!🤩

My day usually starts with breakfast and then some sort of rehab in the morning☀️ Whether I have physical therapy or I do my rehab in the gym💪🏽 then I eat lunch, which I forgot to film bc I was so hungry and didn’t have time🥑🥦 and in the afternoon I’m off to sports academy to train soccer🥅 then after than I do a private sessions and now club!🌟 Everyday is different, but I love that I can incorporate soccer into my day to day since I can’t play for a while!⚽️🏟️🫶🏽
