According to CNN the Apalachee High School shooter’s grandfather says the shooter’s mom called the school with a warning the day of the mass shooting.

According to #ColtGray’s grandfather, Colt’s mom #MarceeGray received a message from him saying, “I’m sorry, mom.” That message prompted her to call his school with a warning. CNN says the call between Marcee and the school lasted 10 minutes. She called the school at 9:50am and police were notified about the shooting at 10:20am. The mom nor the grandfather specified the context of the call.
