Summer—the undisputed best time of the year. Don’t even try convincing me otherwise!! Never in my life have I worn such a comfortable heart rate monitor. When I first got it, I always wore it at biceps level, which is the recommended spot, but I’ve now switched to underarm because my running style caused some light chafing during long races.
