Attention Cigar Scanner Community: 

If you are using  an Apple iOS based device to access the Cigar Scanner (CS) app through Safari, and your are getting this message when you try to access the CS app:
"Error message is:
Safari can't open the page.
The error was: "FetchEvent.respondWith received an error: TypeError: Internal error". 

Please go to your device's Settings section and download the latest update for your iOS. It should be 17.2 or 17.2.1. This should resolve the issue.
