All while trying to “act as if”

How do we know? Because they tell us…

This isn’t any different from new college athletes or high school athletes - the stage is just bigger…

So how do you address it?

You help them grow their #mindset 

When the mental side becomes more important you need to train the mental side…

It’s helping them write the experience stories which impact their beliefs which control their behavior
