Dignity Health East Valley is committed to improving community health, especially for the most vulnerable. Through programs like Children’s Health Care Building Blocks, we provide free medical and dental care, immunisations, and health education to over 5,000 people annually. 

As our community grows, we’re expanding outreach, education, and partnerships to address healthcare access challenges, particularly for uninsured and minority populations in Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona.
