things I did today to love myself :
• went on a run for the first time in forever
• about to cook myself breakfast
• signed up for a 5K with twloha even though I’m scared 
• made sure to tell myself “I’m proud of you” even if I don’t hear it from someone else 

it’s not always been easy for me to be inside this body. there are a lot of factors. but if you resonate with it - hi. thx for hanging out with me.
