Let’s all take on the challenge to post an awful looking video of yourself this month. 🤣 Here’s mine. Sunscreen absolutely caked on, combined with sweat and dirt. And what about those saddlebag hips?! Pockets were stuffed! 

This is real life! 🙌 Temps got up to 94, and not only do I look horrible, but I feel even worse! All I could think for the last 5 miles was how in the world people run 100 miles of trail? 🥵
