Focus on yourself, not on others.

I wake up everyday, I have the same routine, no matter if I’m tired, if im not feeling well, every day I push myself to the gym no matter what.

You have to embrace the pain and use it as a fuel for your journey. Because trust me, it’s gonna be painful and it’s gonna take time.

I have big goals and it takes a lot of sacrifices to achieve them. I’m on a mission and giving up is not an option!

You know.. you have to accept all these sacrifices to achieve what you really want. Once you accept that you have to sacrifice, then you have a different perspective of life and work ethic.

And I have to be grateful that I’m able to sacrifice. Some people don’t have this opportunity I had and still have, so I’m blessed for the opportunities I have and I train so hard for years to make my dreams come true. That’s one of the biggest things as an athlete.

I’m grateful for what I already made and my past, I love the present and I’m excited for the future!
