What a day ?
What round ?
What kind of tournament ?

The whole tournament I was among the top 10 and then a bogey on the 8th and even worse the following double bogey on the 9th.
Suddenly I was 2 over par for the round and fell far behind in the leaderboard.

That's when I remembered the second round in Singapore, probably my strongest round mentally so far, in which I found myself in a similar situation and then made the cut at the decisive moment with a birdie on the 18th.

What came next is also difficult for me to describe now:
6 birdies in a row and in the end 29 ( -7 ) on the back nine.
That earned me a 67 and 3rd place in the tournament.
I am simply happy.

Was für eine Runde ?
Was für ein Turnier ?

Das ganze Turnier habe ich unter den Topp 10 gelegen und dann ein Bogey an der 8 und noch schlimmer der darauf folgende Doppelbogey an der 9.
Plötzlich 2 über Par für die Runde und im Leaderboard weit zurückgefallen.

Da habe ich mich an die zweite Runde in Singapore erinnert, meine wohl mental bisher stärkste Runde, in der ich in einer ähnlichen Situation befunden habe und dann im entscheidenden Moment mit einem Birdie an der 18 den Cut geschafft habe.

Was dann kam, ist für mich jetzt auch schwer zu beschreiben:
6 Birdies in Folge und am Ende 29 ( -7 ) auf den Back Nine.
Damit eine 67 erspielt und den geteilten 3. Platz im Turnier.
Ich bin einfach glücklich.
