What an opening ceremony!! To be perfectly honest with you: of course I was sad that we didn’t get to walk out in front of 80.000 people; But while the exhilaration wasn’t the same as it could have been, the honor and sense of pride I felt were incredible!! The olympics are truly a one of a kind event and it is hitting me more and more what an amazing opportunity and gift this really is. I’ll undoubtedly be soaking in every moment I’m here!! By the way - I love 🇯🇵🇯🇵 !! The people are so incredibly friendly and polite —> it’s unreal that we get to do this here 💪🏻💪🏻 so: now a long long long day comes to an end and it’s time to rest!! maxkieffer and I will be checking out the gym tomorrow and I’ll be giving 100$ to anyone who can outbench me!
