Short week here in Thailand mainly consisting of visits to the physio, the doctor and hospital along with scans, an injection and lots of sitting around! 😅

Unfortunately I’ve had to head home and put the clubs away for a little bit. I’ve got an appointment with a specialist on Tuesday to review and assess everything after which I’ll have a rehab/treatment plan that should hopefully see me back out there sooner rather than later! 🤞

Thank you to everyone who’s been in touch wishing me well after last weekend and big shoutout to active_therapy and drdinesh.coveortho for all their time and effort over the last few days getting me the help I need, can’t thank you guys enough!
