After my recent knee injury I was keen to test an alternative to painkillers that I could use on tour. Thanks to jps147jonathan & promotion.fit for travelling up to St Andrews to see me with their new portable contrast therapy unit Promotion EV1. The contrast application definitely helped me with the discomfort and I really liked how I could target the right spot. Easy to use and was perfect for the old man’s knee issues after years of rugby #hotcoldtherapy #foxtracker
