Meet Marcus! Marcus is a therapist, counselor, and mentor who has been supporting The Sonder Project's clean water initiatives and is also a student sponsor. 🙌

We asked Marcus what motivates him to support our work:

“I'm inspired to give in part because I was born in Zambia and I feel a sense of connection to the place and people. 

I'm also motivated by the understanding that the challenges that many people in sub-Saharan Africa face are influenced by the actions of people in the United States. 

I feel a sense of responsibility to counter the effects of climate change and desertification, and The Sonder Project is a great way to help.”
