I am so happy to have my zijainternationaleurope products with me this week. 42 degree in the shade is brutal! We need to drink at least 6 liters of water a day. More importantly having the electrolytes mixed in is key. It’s so easy to loose concentration in that heat. 
The cut will be +1 or +2 , so I am still in the mix after my bad start yesterday.
