“Hi everyone! I live in Harrison Twp with my husband and our German Shepherd, Moose (I’m obsessed with him). I graduated from CMU with a degree in psychology but decided to turn my lifelong passion for health and fitness into a career in 2023. I was a dancer growing up but have always spent most of my free time in the gym. I am a CPT, certified nutrition coach, weight loss specialist, and group fitness instructor through NASM and I absolutely love helping other women progress and fall in love with fitness :)”
