🌟WEEK 14 POST ACL SURGERY🏋🏽‍♀️

Time is really moving by, a few months ago I was in crutches in a straight leg brace now I can bend my knee over 120 degrees🤩 this week biking has helped me a lot when it comes to mobility in my knee and I can see me quad muscles coming back💪🏽 super excited to see how my leg is next week and what new things I can accomplish🫶🏽🙌🏽
