## Caption

A study found that taking high doses of #ADHD medications like #Adderall and #Vyvanse can significantly increase the risk of developing psychosis and mania. This is because these drugs raise dopamine levels in the brain. 

The risk is much higher with increased dosages. #Ritalin, another ADHD drug, does not show this risk. 

People with a family history of mental illness should be careful with these medications.
