I was honored to present at the yearly summit with the princesscruises F&B team, while sharing the stage with the incredible Will Guidara and other top Princess executives.

I love it by the way! My presentation took the team on an interactive journey through the history of cocktails starting with 40,000 BC and breaking down the molecular gastronomy. 🧪 🍸 

Fun fact: Do you know what the second building ever constructed in America was? After a humble church, they built a brewery in Jamestown in 1609! 🍻
