Oh where to begin… I think there were Pom Poms in my hand, before my feet were even on the ground, starting to walk. I can’t even begin to thank my parents enough for putting me into cheer at 3 years old. This has been one of the craziest, yet best journeys of my life. Cheer has brought me so many new friends, experiences, travel opportunities, amazing mentors and the greatest of life’s lessons. I can’t thank enough every one of my coaches, mentors, parents, family and friends who have cheered me on and pushed me to be the best of my abilities over the years. Growing up as a die-hard Gators fan, it was always my biggest dream to be a Gators cheerleader one day, and to now appreciate that God granted me the opportunity to proudly wear a Gators uniform is the biggest blessing I could ever imagine. If nothing else, I hope I can be a testament to someone that it is always worth it to chase your dreams wholeheartedly and you just might receive God’s greatest gift. Every day spent training, practicing, competing, and cheering on the sidelines, in front of 90,000 people, will be the days I treasure forever. It’s sad to think my cheering days are over but when one chapter closes, another one opens. And I’m very excited to see where it takes me.  Thank you cheer for everything! And as always, Go Gators!
