Ok but in all seriousness, knowledge is power and when I was preparing for my cesarean delivery I dove deep in all things c-section. Even though there is a part of me that mourns never experiencing the typical vaginal delivery there’s something so empowering about the healing process from a c-section. I’m proud of my body and I’m thankful for the scar that reminds me of what it’s done for me and my babies. 🤍🤍🤍
