We had an awesome in water demonstration of Station 1-5 by Bill Meier, Meg Emery, and some kiddos from South Lake Aquatic Club! This video is posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages so check it out!!

Later in the day, Don Gibb of South Lake Aquatic Club spoke about his experience with starting a SwimAmerica program. He talked about how owning a program turned his life around!
