"From $10 haircuts at a humble barbershop in Pico Rivera, CA to a hair educator & salon owner. I could not have done it without her guidance & trust.

Her name was Norma. I had no experience, she took a chance on me and changed my life. Although I had no intentions of building a career off of triple zero fades, what she brought out of me was confidence. The confidence I needed to grow into the industry leader I am today.

To be honest, I jacked up a lot of men’s hair, but thankfully, I was 18 and cute and got away with it. Norma would be right there to fix any little mistakes I did and every day I learned more and more how to perfect my blends.

While I only worked there for six months, that barbershop gave me everything I needed to succeed and I am forever grateful to Norma for giving me a chance."
