So proud of her!! She has seriously crushed this process. She knew if she tried to do it all at once- she would give up. Instead this time, she approached it slowly and it’s clearly paid off!! 🔥

She first started group classes with me at the end of April & then participated in 2 challenges to push her to that 25lb weight loss mark!! 🎉🎉🎉

She has not had to be extreme. She balances a busy schedule with kiddos in sports & still makes it work! She started consistently taking classes, cut out pop & sugary coffee creamers, and overall just started eating better. 

Small healthy habits daily add up to big results!!
