Welcome to a day in my life 3 month post op ACL surgery💪🏽

It was an interesting day with the park being on fire😅 so I started my day with a 7:30am workout with bestie Marissa 💪🏽 my biggest enemy any upper body workouts😂 then we got protein shakes and I showered and went to work🌟 then I found out there was a fire at the park which apparently was the talk of the town🔥then I trained my 9 year old and then I took my 45 min walk💚🎧
