Hey dear friends! I am excited to announce that I will host the CITYTOBER 2024 challenge this year again! 😊❤️🎨

🎨This is the second year that I create my alternative prompt list to the famous #inktober challenge. I chose the CITY theme, being my main painting subject. I hope you enjoy and you are inspired by my prompt list and that you’ll join me for this October painting challenge!

🎨I also opened a BROADCAST CHANNEL, so please join me in there if you wish to participate at the challenge.

🎨This year I managed to compose a list of reference photos for every single day, and you are free to use them! Some are my personal photos, some of my friends and the rest from photographers on unsplash. Please send me a DM if you wish to do the challenge and I will share with you the photos file. I will also share every image the day before we have to paint it on my stories.

🎨Among the cities on the list, some are the ones that I was lucky enough to visit in person, some are cities that I painted on commission and the rest are cities that I would love to visit one day. There are some cities that was also on the prompt list of Citytober2023, but the reference photos are different.

📗Some guidelines:

1. One cityscape for every day of October to paint/draw according to the prompt list.
2. You can use any painting technique, any style or any medium (oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, inks, etc.)
3. You do not have to do every prompt. You can create as many works as your time allows. As for me, I will do my best to paint all of them. Last year I succeeded! 😁
4. Be sure to tag me monaedulescoart and to use the hashtag #citytober2024 so I can find your work and give it some love. 
5. Include the prompt slide in your post 
6. I will share the reference photos on my stories and on my Broadcast Channel.
