This is not a story of courage or a season of bravery- it’s a lesson to be learned and to expand from… my heart, my mind and my resilience.

I didn’t ask to be in this place but this is where I am and I am embracing it. 

Thank you to everyone who constantly reaches out about remedies and with words of encouragement. I appreciate you. I’m not in a rush to solve a problem, I’m on a healing journey to be well. To gain clarity and to be guided to where I need to be. 

God is in my story and that mustard seed… it’s tiny but guess what my faith and belief are GINORMOUS. 🫶🏾❤️🫀
