Whew! #Roomies, looks #Nelly is facing a lawsuit from his former #StLunatics group members. According to variety the St. Lunatics are accusing Nelly of copyright infringement for uncredited AND unpaid contributions to his 2000 debut album #CountryGrammar. The group, which includes Ali Jones (Ali), Torhi Harper (Murphy Lee), Robert Kyjuan (Kyjuan), and Lavell Webb (City Spud), filed the lawsuit in New York Federal Court yesterday.

Chile, they’re claiming #Nelly failed to properly acknowledge their work on the album, which helped launch his mainstream career in the early 2000s.
