Nice easy day at the office 🙏🏼
The plan today was to hit some comfortable weights and make it look easy 📈
Didnt bother with a peak for this competition, trained as normal and straight back in the gym tomorrow 💪🏼
These will be my second attempts in 9 weeks at the British Championships 👀

Squat - 390 KG (Comp PB)
Bench - 230 KG (Comp PB)
Deadlift - 360 KG (Comp PB)
