“When I started The 1:1 Diet in January 2024 I was at my lowest with my mental health, my confidence and it was having a negative impact in every aspect of my life, and my families. 
 
I started on Step 1B (four products a day) as I felt I needed a total break from conventional food. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the products tasted and I soon found my feet with what I liked and my main focus was - this is a non negotiable and I am never going through this again. My mindset has been like that for the majority of my journey (we’re all human after all!).
 
Fast forward to September 2024, I’m 7 stone lighter, still losing weight and training to run 5k. This diet has changed my life and I am forever grateful for the amazingly supportive community. I’ve made best friends I never knew I even needed.
