Here's what you need to know for your safety:
✅ Pedicab drivers must have a valid City of Houston permit and license to operate.
🚨 Starting October 1, 2024, pedicabs without the proper permit and license may be towed!
💥 If you're in an accident with a non-permitted pedicab, you could be responsible for medical costs. Permitted Pedicabs are required to carry insurance!
