🔥 Greenpeace activists outside the European Parliament with a burning demand🔥

Today, Greenpeace activists from Belgium, joined by others from across Europe, installed a striking nine-meter-tall tree sculpture outside the European Parliament in Brussels 🌳 🇪🇺

Their message is clear: put people and planet over profit and pollution—protect biodiversity, reform finance, and ensure a sustainable future for all.

Surrounding the tree were hundreds of powerful #HopeForNature messages, sent by people across Europe to their elected representatives. In a few weeks, the EU Parliament will grill the candidates for jobs leading the EU Commission's policies on climate, energy, environment, farming, transport, trade and more for the next 5 years.

Europe must deliver on its commitment to the Global Biodiversity Framework: protect nature, halt its destruction, and invest in restoration.
