## Caption

Hilbert College Athletic Director Tim Seil has announced the promotion of Emma Knoll to interim head coach of the Women’s Ice Hockey program. Knoll initially joined as a full-time assistant coach with the Hawks. The press release came out on Tuesday, September 17th.

Knoll, a native of LaGrange, KY, was a three-year player at King’s College from 2019-2022 and graduated in 2023 majoring in Marketing. Outside of hockey, she was also a member of the Monarch’s women’s golf team. Over the course of her career, Knoll earned #UCHC All-Academic honors as well as #MAC Academic Honor Roll recognition three consecutive years in addition to being named to the #MAC Golf Sportsmanship Team in 2021. 

Since June 2023, Knoll has served as a youth ice hockey instructor and private coach at the Ford Ice Center in Bellevue, TN. She also served as a coach in the Nashville Wolverines Hockey Club at the U14/U16/U19 levels. Knoll also served as a remote scout for Mora IK (Sweden) while in college, focusing on minor league hockey, #NCAA and some European leagues.
