Both the 296 GTB and GT3 sport the Tipo F163 120-degree “hot V’ twin turbo V6, the only major difference being the lack of a hybrid system in the GT3 car due to GT3 technical regulations.

Fun fact, the 296 GTB is Ferrari’s first V6 production car engine since the legendary Ferrari Dino.
