🔹 1/2 cup soy sauce 
🔹 3 tbsp fresh grated ginger 
🟢 Stir to combine and marinade at least 4 hours if not using vacmasterfresh marinade feature

SAUCE
🔹 1/2 cup woodsonwhiskey bourbon 
🔹 1 cup drunkchickscraftsauces German style ketchup 
🔹 1/3 cup honey 
🔹 2 tbsp ACV
🔹 1 tbsp garlic powder
🔹 1 tbsp onion powder 
🔹 2 tbsp heathrilesbbq everyday rub or AP rub of your choice 
🟢 Combine all ingredients in a pot over low heat. Simmer 10 minutes.
