Today was the first time in many years I participated in a 90 minute workout!

This workout was in honor of augiesquest in partnership with life_time_foundation to raise money and awareness for ALS. 

While today’s workout was in the name of charity, it was also a great mental and physical challenge for me.

The last time I did a 90 min workout I weighed about a 100-120lb heavier. Some days I wonder how the hell I accomplished it then. By no means was today a breeze so how the hell did I do it then?!

Thank you i_am_faithann for bringing great energy and a rockin 90s play list to help make this challenge a little more enjoyable.
