Easy breakfast for when you're on the go in Chicago! First, pick up the 12 count of @Happy Egg Organic Free Range Eggs from @Jewel-Osco. I love using Happy Egg Organic eggs because there are no hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides and the hens are raised outside on family farms! 🍳 Egg Bites Recipe: 1/4 cup diced green pepper 1/4 cup chopped spinach 3/4 cup diced bacon 3/4 shredded cheddar cheese 8 Happy Eggs 1/2 cup half-and-half or milk 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper Fill a muffin tin with green pepper, spinach, and bacon. Then combine the remaining ingredients and mix before adding to the tin. Top with cheese! Cook for 18-20 minutes at 350°F.
