Y’all, I’m back at it again! 💪🏾 This vlog is ALL about me restarting my fitness journey, and let’s be real… it’s giving struggle but also growth (literally and figuratively). 😅 I’m spilling all the tea about my weight insecurities, walking my way to confidence with at least 6,000 steps daily 🏃🏾‍♀️, and cooking more at home 🍳 (because Uber Eats was getting too comfortable).

And that’s not all—I threw in a little self-care with a visit to a Rabanne beauty pop-up at Ulta Beauty (which was amazing) 💅🏾, spent some much-needed time with family, and ended things on a high note with a Sunday Funday in Houston. 🎉 Oh, and along the way, I’m talking ALL about facing those body image fears we keep locked away—because guess what? We’re showing up even when we don’t feel 100% perfect! ✨
